COVID-19: Willowdale LBC – Phase I Practice Session Sign Up

Please read the rules below regarding the Sign Up:

Rules

1. You must be a member and have returned both your Membership and Waiver form and payment if required Prior to sign up. If not bring copy of signed forms on day you schedule or play will not be allowed.
2. Only a One  hour session per Member per day can be booked
3. There will always be at least one Exec Safety Officer booked into session sometimes two where required.
4. We will post new schedule on Sundays for one or two weeks. Bookings will be closed off The Sunday prior to week by 9pm. On Sunday.
5. Members must book on tool or arrange thru Club email or phone to play to have it booked for them.
6. Invitation to sign up will be emailed to members on Sunday.
7. Invitation mails are sent from us via info@signupgenius.com which is a free tool. Please mark this email address in you contact to avoid email receive in SPAM or not receiving it.
8. Executive has the right to remove ineligible booking or member who does not follow the COVID-19 protocol.
9. Members are much appreciated to follow instructions from safety officer on duty.
10. All our executive safety officers are doing their best to make the club safe for members to practice during the Phase I. All suggestion from members are welcome by emailing to info@wlbowl.ca
